One of the biggest concerns for many of my sellers is that they do not want to be homeless once they sell their property. For many families this is the single largest concern. It is also one of the easiest to address. We can handle this in several ways:

When you list your home with me we can put in as a condition of the listing that all offers will be contingent upon you finding the home of your choice. However in our current market this can deter some buyers from even looking at property. This is something we can discuss and weigh the pros and cons.

When you list the home we can put a condition in that you have so many days after closing (when you get your money) to move out of the house. Currently we are finding that buyers are comfortable with a 5 day period. I know that this seems very short, however you should remember that will have know for about 30 days that you will be moving and when.

If you are moving out of the area we can work with you to find an agent for you in your relocation area, or work with an agent that you have already found.

We can also simultaneously look for property for you, so that you know what is out there to purchase before you get an offer. I would be happy to sit down with you and discuss what your goals are, so that we can better serve your real estate needs.

If you do not want to be rushed into purchasing a house or just need some time to think about your next purchase, we can work with a property management company to help you move into a rental for the interim period between home purchases.
