View the Agent Referral Request Form
We would be happy to get you an agent in another area to help you either find or sell a home. If you would like me to refer you to an agent in another location, please complete the Agent Referral Request Form. I will need to chat with you to determine what type of agent would best suite your needs. Here is what I will do if you request that I find an agent for you. We will get the basics of what you are looking for and then I'll talk with you to determine the type of personality and expertise your agent will need. With that information, I'll interview a few agents over the phone and select one that best fits what you have told me. I will ensure that they fit your needs as a buyer or seller and determine that they actually deal with the type of property for which you are looking.
I have a few different ways to find these agents. I belong to the RE/MAX referral network which has over 62,000 agents worldwide. These agents are generally full-time hard working agents because RE/MAX agents pay to be in their offices. So, if an agent doesn't perform she will not be in the RE/MAX network long. I'm also a member of the CRS (certified residential specialist) referral network whose agents are either in the process of earning their CRS designation or already have. Last but not least, I continually attend seminars and classes to keep on top of what's new in technology, laws, finance, and sales. At these functions I take the time to meet other agents and I maintain those relationships so that I have reliable people I know to which I can send referrals.
There are three benefits to me to do this:
1. I receive a referral fee for sending you to another agent once the transaction has closed. This motivates me to make certain I find someone who is going to do a good job for you and provide you with excellent service.
2. You are taken care of and hopefully will be happy with me and send your friends or family to me so that I can help them with their real estate needs.
3. If we are trying to complete a transaction on this end then the less stress you have about either finding or selling a home in another area the smoother our transaction here should go.
